Summary: The role of fish and omega-3 fatty acids in type 2 diabetes is unclear. To explore a possible link, researchers looked at three large groups of men and women (over 195,000 people total). Among all groups, people who ate the most fish and omega-3s had a modestly higher rate of type 2 diabetes.
