Summary: Colorectal cancer is the third leading cause of cancer death in the Western world, with over one million newly diagnosed cases each year. A total of 41 studies were reviewed to determine if fish consumption is associated with risk of colon and rectal cancer. Researchers conclude that eating fish reduces the risk of colorectal cancer by 12%.
