  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh parsley

Oyster Stuffed Tomatoes

Show your valentine that you love them by serving these heart-healthy, tasty nibbles. 

Instructions

Slice the tomatoes about 2/3rds of the way through, with the stem end facing down. Gently open the tomato and stuff with an oyster. Arrange on a plate, sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
