Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup flour
pinch of salt

One 6oz can tuna
One 3oz package cream cheese
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon celery powder

Heat butter and water to boiling. Sift flour and salt together. Add flour mixture at once to the boiling water and stir vigorously. Cook and stir batter until is leaves the sides of the pan.
