Fillet of Tilapia Dijonaisse

Ingredients: 
4 to 6 fresh Tropical™ Tilapia fillets
dijon mustard
prepared bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions: 

Wash and completely dry the fillets. Cover with Dijon mustard. Salt and pepper as desired. Dip the fillets in bread crumbs. Place on a lightly greased ovenproof pan.  Bake in preheated 400° oven until the fillets flake easily with a fork, approximately 15-20 minutes. Source: Tropical Aquaculture Products, Inc.
