Fennel Olive Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients: 
8 Ocean Garden U/15 Mexican Shrimp
Volterra Fennel Salt To taste
8 Picholine Olives
8 Bamboo Picks
Instructions: 

Take fennel salt and sprinkle generously over prawns. Heat sauté pan with olive oil to medium high then add shrimp. Once shrimp are cooked place in fridge and cool. After shrimp are cooled put the olive in the middle of shrimp and place pick through it.
