Crowd Pleasing Crab Dip

Ingredients: 
One 10-ounce box frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
8 ounces fresh crabmeat or two 6-ounce cans crabmeat, drained
1 cup pre-shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
½ cup light canola mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions: 

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine the spinach, crabmeat, cheese, mayonnaise, and Old Bay seasoning in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Spread mixture evenly in a small shallow casserole dish and top evenly with the Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and browned on top.
