Clam Dip

Ingredients: 
One 6.5 oz. can chopped or minced clams
One cup of sour cream
One tablespoon dehydrated minced onion
One teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons clam juice
hot pepper sauce, to taste
pinch of garlic powder
Instructions: 

Drain clams and retain the juice. Mix all ingredients together and allow to stand for at least one hour before serving. Garnish with chopped chives and serve with chips, crackers or pita chips.
