Place first ten ingredients in a food processor and puree until
smooth, being careful not to overheat the mixture. Add basil, cilantro
and mint and pulse until smooth and incorporated. Adjust seasoning to
taste. Open oysters and place in a pan on a bed of rock salt. Place 1
teaspoon of asian pesto on top of each oyster and bake at 450°F for 10
minutes. Serve with Tabasco, wasabi or soy sauce.
