We had a delicious Thanksgiving with Lloyd's parents and sister who flew up to Newport for the holiday.  Due to my meager kitchen, it was a restaurant Turkey Day at 22 Bowen's on Newport's waterfront, which was just fine by me.  Everyone ordered exactly what they wanted, completely relaxed over the feast, and there was no clean-up to speak of.  I chose the traditional turkey dinner, with a small twist.  Instead of sausage stuffing, I requested seafood stuffing.  I've always wanted to try it, and it was melt-in-your-mouth good.  I'm hoping to make some kind of seafood stuffing a Thanksgiving tradition from here on out.  Here are a few recipe variations, from simple to sophisticated:
