The United States Department of Agriculture says twice a week, make seafood the protein on your plate. Increase the amount and variety of seafood consumed by choosing seafood in place of some meat and poultry.
This is, at first blush, completely unrelated to seafood. But I am going to make it about seafood. I just found out (courtesy of our wedding photographer's blog) about the most entertaining little gadget, Montage-a-google. You simply type in the keyword(s) of your choice, and out comes an interesting collage. I've been playing with this for a while now, and have decided my favorite results come from more specific, versus broad, word searches. Shown is the montage for "eat plenty fish and seafood."
I am a registered dietitian with the National Fisheries Institute, so fish is my nutrition forte. I earned my BA in Communication from Southwestern University, just outside of Austin, TX.
