Tampa Seafood Executives and Company Plead Guilty to Falsely Labeling Shrimp

The Department of Justice announced that Walter Schoepf and Karl Degiacomi, pled guilty to violations of Lacey Act for falsely labeling shrimp.  Culinary Specialties, the company that Mr. Schoefp and Mr. Degiacomi own, also pled guilty to violations of the Lacey Act and the Food Drug and Cosmetics Act.   Sentencing is scheduled for November 19, 2012.
