Out to eat

Denver dining

I am finally home from FNCE in Denver, thoroughly unpacked, and partially over the multiple time-changes (I stayed up until a normal hour on Friday and Saturday, but last night I was physically in bed at 7:30pm - there was a little Madmen watching before actually falling asleep, but not much).  In addition to the floor'o'food in Denver, I also ate with colleague

Crispy Indian fish

The good thing about having our new fancy camera is that we're able to capture the beauty of Hawaii and all the seafood I eat there.  The bad thing is that it's cumbersome and simply didn't make the cut in to my luggage on this particular trip.  So you're just going to have to take my word for it that I ate seafood last night as part of an overall amazing dinner at an Indian restaurant called Rasika.  My friend and I ordered an assortment of small plates, and here's the menu description of the fish I chose.

Calamari and moonfish

Last weekend started off with Friday evening cocktails and calamari steak from one of our favorite relaxing spots, Buzz's on Kailua Beach.
