Crispy Broiled Arctic Charr On Fresh Greens with Balsamic Vinagrette

Looking for a seafood item that has it all: taste, texture and versatility? Arctic Charr is the answer! With a unique sweet taste and a lovely, flaky texture, you can offer your guests a variety of Arctic Charr dishes, ranging from grilled to broiled. Number of Servings:  2 Ingredients:  Arctic Charr Filletts Virgin Olive Oil 100% Mixed greens 5 Fesh roma tomatoes 1 Small fresh green sweet pepper 1 Bunch fresh scallions 1/4 Small red onion Instructions:  Score the skin-side of the fillets with a sharp knife making a ΒΌ inch deep cuts in a criss cross pattern. Baste with 100 % Virgin Olive Oil and place under a broiler skin-side up. When cooked, the skin will be crisp. Prepare balsamic vinaigrette dressing with 100% virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh roma tomatoes, green sweet pepper, fresh scallions and red onion. Dice, mix together, and add balsamic dressing and any other flavoring of your choosing, or use your favorite bottled vinaigrette. Place a Charr fillet over mixed greens on a plate, and pour vinaigrette dressing over fish. Garnish as desired. Source: Aquanor Marketing, Inc.
